Pastor Rob unpacks encouragement found in Colossians for those who struggle with work (motivation, addiction, misplaced identity in it, etc.) identifying that one’s employer/boss is important but not everything and one’s status at work is important but not everything.  The relationship to one’s boss is subsumed by the relationship to *the* Authority, and one’s status at work only derives its importance through how it relates to God’s loving evaluation of you.
