1 Timothy 5:17-25

Shaun continues the series on 1 Timothy with a look at Paul’s instructions about the care and feeding of good leaders, and about the importance of leaders in the church. In Timothy’s time, there were many church elders who were leading the church astray, so Paul instructs that unlike than the (apocryphal) story of lemmings blinding following each other off cliffs, the church is to exercise good judgement in choosing its leaders.
