Luke 19:41-44

Max Harris revisits the story of Palm Sunday with more context and a more careful review of the imagery present. He debunks the common thought that entry with waving palms “meshes” with riding in on a donkey; it doesn’t, and the conflict there foreshadows the upcoming conflict and crucifixion of Jesus. The people were casting their plans (a military savior) against God’s plans, and would shortly be disappointed.
